I wrote this piece the same day as, and as a follow on, to the journaling earlier on this page.

BUILD.

Called one -

The building doesn’t look how you thought it would, assumed it at the very least might, or on so many occasions convinced yourself it should.

It’s messy and raw and bloody at times, and in order to see divine order installed and the vision God is growing in you brought to life it absolutely WILL mean chaos to the current regime, but none of that is necessarily the surprising bit, is it?

And neither is this. Although perhaps you need to be told, nonetheless:

The building does not actually require ground up building. Or even mid-way up the walls further upward building. In fact it does not exactly require ANY sort of building from you, at least not in that way.

Not in the way of putting more things in place so people find you.

Not in the way of attending to all the little systems which, once heaped upon each other, should result in a steady then growing stream of right people showing up, saying yes, jumping all the way in with you, inviting their friends, doing it on repeat.

Not in the way of thinking at ALL at all about what your social media should look like today so that they come, so that they realise, so that they GET it, and stay.

In fact delete every idea that action ‘so that’ > insert outcome < ever existed.

Because these are not the ways God in heaven has called a woman like you, a woman like me, a called one now being sent, a leader in His army, to build.

In fact it’s not how He calls any of His children to build ;)

Instead:

The time has now come for God’s called ones who know they are being sent to throw out a tether in the spirit realm, a tether which is your YES in declaration and decree, to the place which He has already assigned you to.

If you see yourself leading from the frontlines and know that God is speaking to you on timing even through what I’m saying today, it’s realising He has placed you there NOW.

You’ve been commissioned into a role which is already underway.

Your YES and ‘what now, Lord?’, as He instantly gives and will give you vision, right decision, declaration, decree, and the continual leading by His Spirit, is you accepting the assignment and understanding that if you just got placed into a promoted position which you’ve been in training for, wilderness for, hidden and being prepared for …

you by definition are no longer operating in the role of every rank other than this one.

Women who are called by the Lord to lead, to rise, to ROAR, and to be His voice on the frontlines, you’ve got to get out of a marketing and business mindset.

WE have got to, collectively.

You may very well - likely will, and VERY well it will be - have a business, but GOD is the instigator and COO as well as CEO, indeed marketing manager and social media determiner, and all the things person of this business, and if I am speaking to you then your role is not to live your life caught up in the how of that business anymore.

It likely never was.

PPS.

God has given me CONSCRIPTED FOR THE KINGDOM, and, and I’m not going to shirk from telling you this, it has been a difficult choice for me to pick up and say yes to.

It’s a 10 week journey together.

Where your ministry AND assignment is being fully you.

Invite below, but first I want to share on my own shirking of this, which God gave me on March 21st. And in fact I wrote this blog (not this PS) on that day, as well as the bones of what Conscripted for the Kingdom is.

Shirking because I don’t know how? Ha! I know one thing for sure which is that when I open my mouth God fills it. Written or spoken. I have absolute faith for that, and He never ever fails me, His Word never returns void and He said to expect this!

So it’s not that.

It’s been my own questioning of who I am really meant to be now.

I’ve been quiet. Hidden. Pulled back, from my online world.

Yet in my offline world and community, I’ve been in the greatest and most rapidly growing fire of the Lord I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve been positioned in ways I could never have created in a million years myself, nor would I ever try to and nor did I lift a finger to do so!

I’ve also been blessed with a community of sisters (and brothers) to walk intimately in the fire with within my church which has been truly one of the greatest gifts of my life. Which has truly re-written the script for what intimacy can look like, as, believe me, when you multiple times per week go wildly into the supernatural in the presence of God with tears, shouts, wailing, laughter, shaking, and full snot crying as a regular part of it … plus have the human conversations and connections outside of that … there is a closeness which is just on a whole different level to the closeness of coffee and lunch catch ups with even your bestest besties!

It’s how God intended it to be.

We are here to walk this PATH together.

I’ve said a few times over this last year, as the direction of my voice and my self as God’s vessel, has grown and even been far more offline than online, that God has had me in a training camp. My church is a training camp for walking in the supernatural, by the Holy Spirit. AS IT SHOULD BE. We are equipped. Fed. Fuelled. And raised up to be sent out.

These past few days, since I sent my last email on how showing up online has just not made deep sense to me in this past season, God has shown me something:

The training continues.

And, also? Now it is time to rise and Kat the only hesitation is the one of your own indecision.

He said to me this morning:

“You needed to get to a point of trusting that you CAN decide right and own/ act on what you decide because I am behind, for, and surrounding you in everything you do.

You need to trust your desires and choices ARE led by me!”

I was replying to a client’s email just earlier, and found myself writing this -

“Fully agree with you on the community piece. I know for me this is why my calling feels easy, obvious, certain, when I’m with my church community and with the different things we do together through the week outside of Sunday. When you’re praying /worshipping/ warring so deeply with people in the presence of God then also actually connecting outside of that it just becomes automatic to be fully you.

What I’ve realised even these last few days since I wrote that is … I have to now choose to pick that up again online. God’s already made a way for it, but I need to stand up and choose it.

I’ve spoken so much over the years about the fact that my business first blew up online due to the fact that it was all just community, conversation, connection, so it’s about going back to that focus, and letting it be about individual conversations and building it one conversation or connection at a time!

I just think a) a lot of us who’ve been doing this a while literally needed a physical break; it’s not even just about the spiritual transition or renewal. And b) we more than ever now need to have blinders on to what social media and online biz is for so many people out there (aka a mess lol and all about doing what should ‘work’) and just be relentless in showing up as who we are and speaking /creating as though we’re doing it just to that one person it’s for!

This is the only way I want to do it …

So, okay then.

That’s really the long and short of it.

As I’ve said to so many hundreds, even thousands of clients over the past few decades, we’re now at a point of shut up and do the work and there’s really nothing else to discuss.

Or, another thing I’ve said often - the work is the cure!

The WONDERFUL, supernaturally glorious, thing here is … what God has put inside me, and I know this is true for you too, it’s freaking INCREDIBLE to do and we are on fire and in the flow as soon as we actually do it!!

Resistance is a funny thing. It’s also often an ENEMY ATTACK thing, let’s not forget that.
